Full length Hatha style classes that incorporate pranayama, self-myofascial release, and a focus on alignment for stretching and strengthening for targeted muscles. These practices aim to correct imbalances in postural patterns.

MFR Workshop

Kristen Hess is a 500 RYT teacher who specializes in yin yoga, myofascial release and therapeutic movements to enhance body-awareness, relieve pain, reduce stress and cultivate comfort in mind and body.
